The house system was first adapted by Fielder in 2020 with a full roll out in 2021. This system, established by the Ron Clark Academy, is a proven way to create a positive climate and culture for our 1000 students and staff members. The "House Shirts" are worn by students and staff on a weekly basis and have quickly become a student favorite spirit item.
