WATCH D.O.G.S. is one of the nation’s largest and most respected school-based, family, and community engagement, organizations. Since the program’s creation in 1998, more than 6,800 schools across the country have launched a WATCH D.O.G.S. program of their own. Each school year, hundreds of thousands of fathers and father-figures make a positive impact on millions of children by volunteering millions of hours in their local schools through this amazing one-of-a-kind program.

Who are Watch D.O.G.S.? Fathers, grandfathers, step-fathers, uncles, and other father-figures who volunteer to serve at least one day per year in a variety of school activities as assigned by the school principal or other administrator.

Our Watch D.O.G.S. program is PTA sponsored and as such a PTA membership is encouraged but not required to participate. Priority access to the sign up calendar will be given to PTA members. 

2026-2027 Training & Orientation will be Monday, August 24 at 6:30 pm in the Fielder gym.

Priority access to the schedule will be given to those who attend orientation.

This year, we will have Watch D.O.G.S. on Mon-Friday. On Friday there will be 2 slots available.

In addition to full day volunteer opportunities, there will be a variety of activities throughout the year in which Watch D.O.G.S. are called upon!
